A Little Bit About Me . . .

Hi, I’m a strength and conditioning coach with a passion for helping people lead healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives. My journey into fitness and health was deeply personal—being really sick and hospitalized at a young age ignited a drive in me to pursue optimal health, not just for myself, but for my family and others who want to live life to its fullest. I’m committed to making the most of every moment, and I want to help you do the same.

As a Masters Athlete, I understand the challenges of staying fit and healthy, especially as life gets busy with family and career. My approach is designed for people in their 30s, 40s and beyond, who have traded a bit of health for wealth and are now ready to take control of their well-being. With a degree in exercise physiology, years of coaching experience, and a lifestyle that revolves around training hard, I’ve learned how to help busy people achieve results without having to sacrifice everything else.

I believe in building strength, confidence, and resilience—both physically and mentally. Whether it’s through personalized training programs, improving your NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) with something as simple as increasing your step count, or tackling your fitness goals head-on, I’m here to support and challenge you.

When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll find me outdoors, enjoying mountain biking, surfing, or going on adventures with my wife and kids. I’m all about having fun, pushing limits, and living a life that feels full and purposeful.

If you’re ready to prioritize your health and take back control, let’s work together to make it happen.
